The P100 Printer Applicator is the first of a new generation of print and apply labellers. British built, predominantly of stainless steel and aluminium, it has been designed for today's demanding 24/7 factory.

High reliability, easy setup and modular components ensure that you get the most out of the P100 with minimal intervention. The design team have over 30 man years experience of labelling. They are confident you won't find a better value for money or more reliable labeller on the market.
Operational
- 300mm label roll capability to maximise throughput.-
Fast - up to 50 100 x 150mm labels per minute.
- Extended label path allows slower label print speed at maximum throughput to maintain maximum label quality.
- Variable reach peeler plate to allow fast changeover for different carton sizes.
- Peeler plate and motor assembly can be rotated and reach adjusted to allow easy access into existing machinery or hard to reach places.
- Simple height adjustment with counterbalance gas strut to allow easy and accurate label placement.
- Integral alarm beacon visible from any direction to alert operators when label or ribbon needs changing
- Label sizes from 50 x 25 up 100 x 300mm.
- Works with Direct Thermal and Thermal Transfer labels, wax, resin and economy ribbons as standard.
Engineering
- Stainless Steel and Anodised Aluminium construction as standard.
- Narrow footprint of only 343mm from conveyor minimises the impact on your walkways and floor space.
- All parts are within the envelope of the machine so no 'sticking out bits' to get knocked off.
- Robust 100mm Stainless Steel box section stand for extra stability and resistance to knocks.
- Easy to use control panel, only two parameters to change.
- Simple display to keep the operators informed of machine status
- Modular construction means all major components can be exchanged in under 30 minutes.
Variants
Both side and side-and-end (wrap-around) label application is possible with one machine.
